    Refund Policy

    1. Service Engagements

    OneGreenDiary provides custom software development and consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, refund policies are governed by individual project agreements and statements of work.

    2. Project Cancellation

    If you wish to cancel a project engagement:

    • Written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance
    • Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
    • Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded within 30 business days
    • Custom deliverables completed before cancellation will be handed over to the client

    3. Milestone-Based Projects

    For projects with milestone-based billing:

    • Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
    • Payments for milestones in progress will be prorated based on work completed
    • Advance payments for future milestones will be fully refunded

    4. Retainer Agreements

    For monthly retainer engagements:

    • Unused hours in a billing period do not carry over unless agreed otherwise
    • Cancellation requires 30 days notice before the next billing cycle
    • No refunds for the current billing period after services have commenced

    5. Product Licenses

    For any software product licenses purchased:

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
    • The product must not have been substantially used or deployed
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval

    6. Dispute Resolution

    If you have concerns about billing or wish to discuss a refund, please contact us at query@onegreendiary.com. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.
