Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive successful delivery of complex enterprise projects. You'll bridge client expectations and engineering execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and ensure team velocity
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA)
• Prepare status reports, project documentation, and retrospectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical background — ability to understand architecture and code-level discussions
• Experience with project tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget

Nice to Have

• PMP or CSM certification
• Experience managing distributed/remote teams
• Domain experience in ERP, e-commerce, or data platforms
