    On Field Sales Manager

    Sales Pune / Pan India Full-time 4+ years

    About the Role

    We're looking for an energetic On Field Sales Manager to drive business growth by building relationships with Indian MSMEs. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships for our ERP and software services offerings.

    What You'll Do

    • Identify and engage prospective MSME clients through field visits, networking events, and referrals
    • Present and demonstrate OneGreenDiary's software solutions to business owners and decision-makers
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and channel partners
    • Provide market feedback to the product team on client needs and competitive landscape

    What We're Looking For

    • 4+ years of field sales experience, preferably selling to Indian MSMEs
    • Strong people networking and relationship-building capabilities
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling ERP, POS, or enterprise software services
    • Existing network within manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors
    • Understanding of MSME business challenges and digital transformation needs
