AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our Agentic AI team to build intelligent systems that automate enterprise workflows. You'll work on demand forecasting, document understanding, conversational AI, and autonomous agents for supply chain and retail clients.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy ML models for demand forecasting, classification, and NLP tasks
• Build agentic AI systems using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
• Develop RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Set up MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and retraining
• Evaluate and benchmark model performance with rigorous testing

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Understanding of ML deployment (FastAPI, Docker, cloud endpoints)
• Strong foundation in statistics and linear algebra

Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-agent systems
• Published research or open-source ML contributions
• Domain knowledge in supply chain or retail
